COATS Adventure Routes offers tourist transportation, private transfers, and excursions in the Dominican Republic. By booking a service through this site, you accept these terms and conditions.
Every reservation is subject to confirmation by our team, who will verify vehicle and driver availability for the requested date. You will receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp once validated.
Reservations are confirmed without any upfront payment. Payment for the service is coordinated directly with our team using the agreed method (cash, transfer, or another available option).
You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 24 hours before the service date from our cancellation page, using your reservation code. Cancellations outside that window must be coordinated directly with us.
We strive to provide punctual and safe service. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (weather, traffic, road conditions) beyond our control, though we will do our best to minimize their impact.
We may update these terms occasionally. Changes take effect once published on this page.
